UCLA Housing notified Hedrick Summit residents of a potential gas leak at 7:44 p.m. Sunday.
According to an email from Saul Ramirez Jr. – the Housing Operations and Safety Office front desk supervisor –, the Southern California Gas Company had advised management to close the building’s laundry room out of caution. The Daily Bruin was unable to confirm the presence of a gas leak.
